Our Service
Personal service with a smile
ASE Assistance provides a tailor-made departure service for our guests. Our agent assists with everything, starting with collecting clients and their baggage directly at the curbside. We are licenced by Copenhagen & Stockholm Airports to perform these services officially.
Our agents always think ahead, and by the time our guests have even arrived at the Airport, we will have already coordinated a meeting point, and retrieve as much check-in documentation as possible to prepare for formalities and lounge access. Our agents remain with our guests for as long as required, and in all cases, we shake hands at the boarding gate and wish them well on their travels.
Things can go wrong at Airports, delays, weather problems, cancelled flights, missing bags. Allow ASE Assistance to reduce or completely take away those worries, our agents will assist with any problem-solving and facilitate alternative solutions and do so while personally looking after each guest.
WHATS INCLUDED ON DEPARTURE
BEFORE THE AIRPORT
Before our guests arrive at the Airport, our team has already started to organise the departure. We review everything and make the best possible plan to offer an enjoyable experience at the Airport.
INTO THE TERMINAL
Our agent greets our guests at the curbside and assist with baggage. We always plan the quickest check-in possible and we can often pre-print boarding cars and bag tags. We can also help with tax-free refunding.
SECURITY
Subject to guests ticket types we can either assist with fast track or assist with the quickest way through security. Our agents remain with our guests through the entire experience, and we do our best to minimize any waiting time.
SHOPS, LOUNGES OR EATING
The departure terminals are large, with lots of shopping choices, lounges, and relaxing areas. Our agents know exactly where everything is; we even know the boarding gate before guests do. We assist with anything guests would like to do in the Terminal area. Economy pax can access the lounge, an additional 25 EURO charge per passenger applies.
BOARDING SOON!
Coordinating boarding is important, and our agents will ensure that guests are at the departure gate at the correct time. No need for long waiting or being pushed together! We assist with passport formalities and coordinates the shortest distance to the departure gate.
DEPARTURE
When possible, we will per-board all guests on their Airline, escorting them until we shake hands and depart. Our agent remains at the Gate until the Aircraft departs. Need us to call someone? Just let us know! What happens if the flight is cancelled, delayed or has a problem? Don’t worry as you are in the best hands to assist you with everything

We booked our Meet & Greet service directly with ASE Assistance via the phone. They were so courteous and helpful with all my questions. My husband was concerned with the short time between landing and boarding our cruise ship. The meter was prompt, helpful and already sourced our cruise bus boarding point.
