Copenhagen Airport handles 31 Million passengers per year via 2 Terminals.  A modern Airport located very close to the city centre (8km away). 

The local currency is Danish Kroner (DKK), although most shops at the Airport accepts Euros. The electrical outlet is similar to other EU countries, 220AC two-pin plugs.

 

Almost all Danish speak English as a 2nd language and do so to a high standard, you should have a little issue during your stay in Denmark.  Tipping is not a tradition here, but your most welcome to reward, but its not expected. 

In the case of emergencies, you must call 112.

 

 Getting around the city is comfortable with bikes, scooters, buses, underground and overground.  Our ASE agent can help you with advice on transport.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

Arrivals - Our greeter will assist passengers from the arriving aircraft, via Immigration, baggage, customs to the exit in Terminal 3. All flights exit in Terminal 3 arrivals.

 

Local limousine companies are aware of the parking area and driver meeting point as guests exit from airside to landslide.  If you're being picked up by a private car, we suggest parking at "Drop Off T3 / Pick Up All" it's a 15min free car park, then the low cost per 15 more. Its 2min walk from the exit to the car area.

Departures - Airlines depart from either terminal 2 or terminal 3. There are drop off locations at both terminals.

 

Our booking reply will explain in better detail the meeting point (drop off). If your being dropped off by private car, then you may follow the same instructions as written for arrival above.

 

Its a 2min walk from the drop off area to the check in desk.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

Arrivals -  Stockholm Arlanda is a large airport with four passenger terminals (2-3-4-5) When we receive your booking, our agents will quickly identify the exact arrival terminal and advise you.

 

In almost all cases the limousine companies know ASE very well, and we can coordinate and ensure a very smooth service.  

 

If you are being picked up by a private car, then please let us know, and we will send you a more detailed map.

There are several short term car parks next to each terminal, and you can pay with mobile, visa or via the service centre.

 

Departure - When we receive your booking, our agents will quickly identify the exact departure terminal. Like arrivals, we will coordinate with the limousine drivers well in advance to ensure a smooth handover.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport is Sweden's largest Airport handling over 22 Million passengers per year via five terminals.

The local currency is Swedish Kroner (SEK), although most shops at the Airport accepts Euros. The electrical outlet is similar to other EU countries, 220AC two-pin plugs.

Almost all Swedes speak English as a 2nd language and do so to a high standard, you should have a little issue during your stay in Sweden.

 

Tipping is not a tradition here, but your most welcome to reward, but its not expected.
