Our Meet & Greet team provides a superb experience for our guests at either Copenhagen or Stockholm Airports. Our experienced team are ready to create a unique and exclusive service for all our guests.

Meet & Greet - COPENHAGEN & STOCKHOLM

Arrival - We welcome all our guests in the airbridge as they step off the Aircraft. Our experienced agent will have already coordinated landside transportation and be in communication with the driver to ensure a smooth experience.

Our agents assist guests with any questions they have, helping, expediting the Immigration and Customs processes. Our greeter will assist with the collection of checked in baggage and transport out to the awaiting limousine or guests own choice of transport.

If guests bags are missing, we are here to help; our experienced agent will use our insider knowledge to assist in the fastest way possible.

Departure - Our agents pre-plan our guest's departure to ensure the experience at the Airport is a great one. We meet guests curbside, assist with baggage into the terminal, assist with check-in, vat refunds, security, lounges, and answer any questions along the way. Our agent will pre-check guests in when possible.

We ensure our guests reach the gate in plenty of time, as quickly as possible, and do so while making the experience feel exclusive and unique for them.

At the boarding gate, we assist with boarding, ensuring our guests are well looked after by the Airline, we say goodbye in the airbridge after completing the service.

It's our focus to make both the arrival, transit, or departure experience an enjoyable one. We are delighted to assist our guests with anything, our agents are friendly, and we have lots of recommendations about transport, restaurants, things to do.
